Bounced around a bit with some family events and the holidays, back on track again.  Lost 6lbs in the last week.  Added protein shakes into the mix to help keep my intake more constant in the mornings.

Start Date / Weight: 11/01/09 at 299lbs

Next Target Weight / Needed : 290 lbs / -6  lbs

Total Lost: 3 lbs

Note: My wife and I are back on the weight loss priority.  I’ve reset my numbers and am continuing to work on my Diet Plan from Diet Centers.
