Been bouncing around a bit but generally loosing a little every day.  Weekends are tough when we visit family and have such great food.  Usually over eat then and try and kick up the exercise to compensate.

Today’s weight in:

Current Weight: 292.4 lbs

Start Date / Weight: 11/01/09 at 299lbs

Next Target Weight / Needed : 290 lbs / -2.4  lbs

Total Lost: 6.6  lbs

Note: My wife, at the urging of a friend and co-worker, signed up for a biggest loser contest. This is how we added protein shakes to the diet.  The accountability and weekly weigh ins are really helping her with her goals.  I need to get back into some form of accountability setting beside my own desire to lose weight.
